You can find instructions on how to create your own MIDI Templates in the KOMPLETE KONTROL MK2 manual, in chapter 9 "Using the MIDI Assignment Editor".We strongly advise against making any changes to the contents of the file. Editing MIDI Templates should only be done in the MIDI Assignment Editor in the KOMPLETE KONTROL Software.This means that you cannot export one individual template. All your KOMPLETE KONTROL MIDI Templates are stored in that file.Otherwise you can also create a backup for future use. If you do not need the existing MIDI Templates on the new computer, you can delete or overwrite the settings file. Please note that you can only have one template settings file in that folder. If you want to use your MIDI Templates on a different computer, you can simply move it to the same location on the new computer. Using Your MIDI Templates on a Different Computer If you want to restore the MIDI Templates, copy the file back to the original location shown above. You can copy the file 'Komplete Kontrol MK2 Settings.dat' and store it on an usb-stick or hard drive as a safety backup for future use. This article explains how to make it visible.
